A ministry of presence

Founded in 2009 by Dr. Keosha Maxey to meet people where the world has left them.

Our story

A heart to serve, since 2009

Kneeling Before His Throne Outreach Ministries began in 2009 with a heart to serve others through faith, compassion, and prayer. What started as a commitment to follow God’s direction grew into an outreach dedicated to encouraging people and offering support to those in need.

Our mission continues to be rooted in humility, love, and service to the community. Today we have reached more than 15,000 people across the United States, from street corners and prison visiting rooms to hospital beds and senior homes.

Our mission

Capturing one soul at a time, returning it back to the Father.

We call this work Restoring Lives Through Christ. Our outreach is open to everyone, whatever their age, background, nationality or story. To every person we meet, we say the same thing: We see you. We value you. You matter.

Why “Kneeling Before His Throne”

Our name is our posture. Every outreach begins in prayer, on our knees before the throne of God. From that place of humility we rise to serve, carrying the grace we have received to people who need it most.

“Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace.”Hebrews 4:16

What we believe

Statement of faith

Kneeling Before His Throne Outreach Ministries believes in one living God, the Creator and source of all life. We believe in Yehosua, whose teachings guide us in faith, love, forgiveness, and service. We believe prayer and the Holy Bible provide spiritual guidance, and that every person deserves to be treated with dignity and compassion.

We are called to share God’s love through outreach, encouragement, and practical support for people in need. We seek to serve with humility, welcoming others with kindness and without judgment.
